We are in a Museum enclave called Museum Quarter, this statue in the middle of a plaza with fancy museum buildings on all sides. There are quite a few impressive buildings including a natural history museum with big signs for the kids that say, "Dinosaurs are here!", but we didn't go there. Just headed to the one called MUMOK.
