Of course because it is way less expensive....
We LOVE the bread and cheese and its fun to shop for it in the markets...
It is so nice to take ones shoes off and relax after a long day...
I don't know... we all were just happy with getting back to the hotel and having good food there made it perfect.
Well... This is the last evening in Europe. As I write this Bob is almost asleep and the girls said they almost were too last I checked in on them 10 minutes ago. I am going to miss this blogging everyday thing, in a way.... Even though it does take a lot of time, I always kind of wanted to be a reporter since I was a kid and now I have had a real taste of what its like to have people looking forward to my next post and some of them giving me feedback. It is fun.
Tomorrow we are not planning much for the morning. We are packing and taking a cab to the airport by 11am. Our flight leaves at 2:20pm. Changing planes in Amsterdam and on to JFK. We will arrive at JFK in NY by around 7:50pm... (don't count on that as accurate, Steve, who is picking us up...Emma's Dad... I am not looking at the papers now, just what I remember...).
I will take pictures for the blog and try to finish it when we get back... There may be a delay depending on when I get to some WiFi access and how the jet lag is going... But I know you need a conclusion to the story if you have been following so far. Will do, just might be delayed.
