Needing a pick-me-up

After leaving the modern museum, we went to a little cafe to have coffee and cake.  We were feeling very sleepy and the kids noticed that even though it was 3 pm and we had nearly finished our day, back in New York it was only 9 am!  
Emma said to think about everyone just getting up about now ...kinda makes them seem lazy!
We talked about how we adjusted pretty well, I think it is because we didn't let ourselves really sleep until it was night time on that first day.
